Booking / Cancellation Policies :
I understand upon booking that 25% or $100
whichever greater is required to secure my date
and is non refundable , Credit card , Money Order
, Cash or Travelers' Check accepted _____
I also understand if I upgraded flowers , added
items and or added a reception in the chapel that
a higher non refundable deposit will be
required ____
I also understand that items brought in are
subject to a surcharge ___
I understand all money is due 7days prior to my
wedding date ____
*Special arrangements may be made in advance if
necessary.

I understand if I cancel my wedding 7 days prior
to date that I may use my deposit towards another
date with in a year ___
Package must remain the same unless arrangements
are made with my wedding consultant ____
I understand that if I cancel my wedding from 48
hrs to 24 hrs that all money is NON refundable and
will not go towards another date _____

that chapel books weddings every hour, if I am
more than 10 minutes late there is a possibility
that I will be bumped to another time because
there are other weddings scheduled ___

Time to Arrive / Showing up late :
I understand that chapel books weddings every hour
, if I am more than 10 minutes late there is a
possibility that I will be bumped to another time
because their are other weddings scheduled ___
I understand that if guests are late but bridal
party is ready that the wedding will start on time
___
I understand guests must show up 10 minutes prior
to wedding time and bridal party 15 minutes prior
to wedding time and must be dressed and ready

I understand that if I add dressing room that the
bride is the only one to change and hair / make up
must be done and arrive 20 minutes prior to
wedding time ____
I understand
that chapel books weddings every hour, if I am
more than 10 minutes late there is a possibility
that I will be bumped to another time because
there are other weddings scheduled ___

Ministers , Limousines & Photographer :
I understand that I must pay the minister a
minimum of $60 cash after the ceremony , it is not
included in my package ____
I understand if chapel orders limousine /
transportation that I must pay company's driver
for the service and I will be at the correct
location on time for my pick up location ___
I understand that the limo company is responsible
for any mis-haps ___
I understand if I chose a package that includes
limousine service that chapel only pays what is
included in my package , any additional hours and
gratuity I am responsible for ___
I understand that my guests must respect your
photographer and my wedding day , cameras may not
be used during the wedding or during candid and
posed shooting. The Chapel hired special
photographer just for my wedding ___
I understand that their is a customary
photographer tip $30-$60 is suggested ___
